During 2019 and 2020 
AWS executed the regional resort license agreement with a leading global entertainment company. Under the agreement AWS and related parties will develop and redevelop a portfolio valued at 600,000 MM USD. Signed exclusive rights for the Dominican Republic with the leading brand in the active retirement communities in the US to develop and operate the largest community of this type in the entire Caribbean region.
