Our Projects
AWS is developing a thematic hotel in the Dominican Republic, operated by one of the top hotel management companies in the region. The property will encompass 500 well-appointed rooms—including theme rooms—as well as stately villas, a kids’ club, shops & boutiques, a gym, a spa, F&B offerings, water games, and water sports. We are also exploring opportunities in the Travel Clubs sector.
