Quintas Palmera

Quintas Palmera is the second housing solution initiative for the working class of the group, located in Santiago de los Caballeros. In 85,000 m ² (aprox) we are developing almost 1,000 apartments, a commercial plaza and a common services and leisure area, all under a closed area with security guarded 24 hours a day. This condominium is designed to be the evolution of Palmareca, with a more “green footprint” and the implementation of good practices that promote the behavior of the intelligent community. Our goal is to start selling in August and start construction in early 2020.
