Residencias Palmareca is an innovative housing solution initiative for the working class of Santiago de los Caballeros, based on the figure of the Low Cost Housing Trust. In 29,950 mt² we developed a project of 360 housing units, a commercial plaza, and a common services and leisure area, all under a closed area with security monitored 24 hours a day.
