Leisure is one of the main pillars of the Dominican economy. We work with projects that enhance the positive impact on neighboring communities and strengthen the management of responsible and sustainable tourism in accordance with the country’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

 

Our Projects

AWS is developing a thematic hotel in the Dominican Republic, operated by one of the top hotel management companies in the region. The property will encompass 500 well-appointed rooms—including theme rooms—as well as stately villas, a kids’ club, shops & boutiques, a gym, a spa, F&B offerings, water games, and water sports. We are also exploring opportunities in the Travel Clubs sector.
